Whether you are in your twenties or over sixty, whether you have just had a baby or just want to improve your fitness lifestyle, whether you have had a natural birth or caesarian section, whether you want to train on your own or with your partner, we have a variety of programmes that are tailored to your specific needs and current level of fitness. For the training sessions targeted at postnatal mums, Oliver has designed these in collaboration with Yvonne, the founder of The Family Zone. The personal fitness sessions can be held in your gym or in your home.
